Lead end-to-end shipment movement within a regional network (Ocean LCL).
Represent Flexport’s value by leading onboarding and shipment execution for new clients.
Frontline for issue resolution and program improvements.
Ensure shipments are on time and meet internal KPIs and SLAs.
Build scalable operational infrastructure and procedures for efficiency.
Coordinate day-to-day ops with LCL, Transload, Trucking, and Warehouse teams.

🎯 Requirements

BA/BS degree.
Minimum 2 years in logistics, freight forwarding, supply chain, or ocean ops.
Hands-on, process-oriented with strong problem-solving.
Strategic vision and ground-floor execution.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Willing to work outside office hours and some weekend/night shifts.
