Troubleshoot shipment exceptions with clear context and a recommended path forward.
Maintain data accuracy across Flexport systems to meet KPIs and SLAs.
Support account managers and customs teams to deliver an excellent client experience.
Process improvement and automation focus across operations.

🎯 Requirements

Experience in freight forwarding, logistics operations.
3+ years in professional logistics with hands-on ocean ops (US/Canada, EMEA).
Strong analytical skills for data-driven insights.
Strategic understanding of AI with ability to implement tools to boost efficiency.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
