📋 Description

• Understand client needs and risks in deploying new process, data, or tech.
• Assess and scope change mgmt efforts based on scope, complexity, and readiness.
• Develop client-specific change mgmt strategies using proven frameworks to drive adoption.
• Design, deploy, and measure impact across sponsorship, comms, resistance, coaching, and training.
• Collaborate with project teams to integrate change mgmt into broader project plans.
• Build relationships across client levels and show impact on outcomes.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required (prefer OB/Org psych/Business/Management/Communications/Learning).
• 8-10 years change mgmt experience.
• Change mgmt certification a plus (Prosci/ADKAR, CCMP, Kotter).
• Extensive experience leading change mgmt for data, tech, and digital transformations.
• Strong communications and stakeholder management; comfortable with executives.
• Experience collaborating across multiple teams.
