OCONUS Travel Compliance Coordinator

📋 Description

• Serve as a liaison with international business stakeholders and government entities to coordinate
• Coordinate and process Letters of Authorization through the Synchronized Predeployment and
• Communicate travel compliance requirements, policy updates, and procedural changes to program
• Ensure required passports, visas, Letters of Authorization, APACS submissions, country clearances
• Coordinate OCONUS travel arrangements while ensuring alignment with applicable Status of Forces
• Monitor travel activities for compliance with Department of Defense regulations, Joint Travel

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of professional experience.
• Active Secret security clearance required.
• Strong knowledge of federal regulations and Department of Defense policies governing OCONUS travel.
• Hands-on experience with the Synchronized Predeployment and Operational Tracker (SPOT) system.
• Familiarity with SOFA requirements, Joint Travel Regulations, Federal Travel Regulations, and
• Strong organizational and planning skills with exceptional attention to detail.
