📋 Description

• Develop territory business plans using analytical tools, strategic direction, market opportunities
• Drive territory performance through increased prescribing activity and market share growth
• Stay informed about managed care coverage for relevant products and communicate coverage
• Apply and continuously refine clinical selling techniques to demonstrate treatment value and
• Manage the promotional budget and determine expenditures on promotional activities in alignment
• Visit ophthalmologists and optometrists according to established call plans, while independently

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in science, business, or a related discipline required; a relevant professional
• Specialty pharmaceutical sales experience with a demonstrated ability to identify customer needs
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills, with the ability to build effective relationships
• Strong planning, prioritization, customer account management, and administrative skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation abilities
• Strong financial and analytical acumen
