OFCI Equipment Procurement Manager

📋 Description

• Support the definition and validation of Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed (OFCI) equipment
• Prepare and issue Requests for Quotation (RFQs) and Requests for Proposal (RFPs) for critical
• Coordinate procurement activities for long-lead, mission-critical infrastructure equipment
• Monitor vendor engineering, manufacturing, and testing schedules. Review technical drawings
• Support logistics strategies for oversized and critical equipment, coordinating international
• Track long-lead procurement items and activities against project critical paths. Identify and

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Supply Chain Management
• At least 5 years of experience in technical procurement, engineering, or a related field within
• Demonstrated experience procuring long-lead, high-reliability Owner-Furnished, Contractor-Installed
• Strong technical understanding of critical electrical power and mechanical cooling systems used in
• Practical experience with factory acceptance testing (FAT), commissioning activities, and
• Ability to evaluate technical specifications, assess vendor compliance, review engineering
