📋 Description

• Set the direction and strategy for the Off-page SEO team across multiple international markets.
• Hire, structure and grow a medium-sized team across junior to senior levels.
• Lead the team in building and scaling advanced off-page strategies, including digital PR, linkable
• Define meaningful goals and success metrics.
• Own significant off-page budgets and business cases with P&L justification.
• Partner with Product, Growth, Content, Localization and other teams.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience hiring, structuring and leading SEO, off-page or digital PR teams.
• Strong people leadership skills.
• Strong hands-on off-page SEO expertise.
• A proven track record of creating linkable assets and leading digital PR and brand authority
• Strong strategic thinking.
• Experience managing significant budgets, building business cases with P&L justification.
