📋 Description

  • Greet visitors; maintain a professional Reno office; prep conference rooms.
  • Maintain office supplies; stock the kitchen; reorder groceries.
  • Support operations; liaison to building management for maintenance.
  • Plan and organize office and team events.
  • Notarize documents as needed for Customer Operations.
  • Receive mail and deliveries; scan/upload documents; forward mail.
  • Coordinate interviews; source candidates across Figure locations.
  • Provide exceptional candidate experience from outreach to onboarding.
  • Assist with ad-hoc requests and projects.

🎯 Requirements

  • High school diploma required; Associate’s degree preferred.
  • 1+ year in office admin, administrative support, or related role.
  • Ability to obtain a North Carolina Notary commission.
  • Proficient with Google Mail and Calendar; intermediate Excel and PowerPoint preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication; professional, positive, customer-focused.
  • Strong organizational skills; detail-oriented; multitask and work independently.
  • Flexible and able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience coordinating events is a plus.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds.
  • Ability to work full-time, on-site in Reno, NV, Mon-Fri.
