• Vendor support: summarize quotes and contracts with AI tools
• Onboarding new fiskalyers and welcome kits
• First touchpoint for visitors and colleagues
• Event support: coordinate hackathons, meetups, and external touchpoints
• Travel and logistics: assist international team with travel bookings

🎯 Requirements

• Currently studying or recent grad in business/admin/hospitality/events
• AI curiosity; prompts for ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini
• German and English fluency
• Host mentality: enjoy helping people
• Strong organizational skills and processes
• On-site Vienna availability Aug/Sep
