Ensure all building systems are operational and maintained per policies, environmental regulations
Respond to building occupant maintenance/repair requests
Coordinate and manage repair/maintenance work by technicians, vendors, contractors, and janitorial
Ensure vendor services are timely and properly performed; escalate issues as needed
Obtain and review price quotes for parts, services, and labor
Coordinate and manage office moves, adds, and changes

🎯 Requirements

At least 3 year of prior experience in customer service, hospitality, or administrative support
Customer-first mindset with professionalism and discretion
Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities
Proactive problem-solving and willingness to jump in wherever needed
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Reliability and integrity with confidential information
