Office Support/Sample Login Specialist - Eurofins Drinking Water and Wastewater Northeast

📋 Description

• Greeting clients, vendors and visitors to the laboratory
• Answer general questions and support lab operations
• Handle samples drop-off, unpack shipments, and document receipt
• Data entry into LIMS (TALS experience a PLUS)
• Maintain lab organization and safety; support customer service
• Mon-Fri 8:30am-4:30pm; must live commutable to Ayer, MA

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; science background preferred
• Fast-paced work environment experience
• LIMS/TALS experience a plus
• Strong computer, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read/write/speak English; able to work independently or in a team
• Authorization to work in the United States without sponsorship
