📋 Description

• Guide clients through the onboarding journey, providing clear and professional support from initial
• Review due diligence documentation and coordinate with clients to gather the information required
• Support clients with the completion of forms, questionnaires and business plans as part of the
• Prepare Client Engagement Agreements and coordinate their completion with clients and relevant
• Coordinate client creation, billing set-up and related onboarding activities.
• Maintain accurate and complete client information and documentation within internal systems.

🎯 Requirements

• Degree or diploma in Law, Management, Finance or a related discipline.
• A professional qualification relevant to corporate or financial services would be beneficial.
• Experience within client onboarding, financial services, corporate services or a related
• Understanding of corporate structures, client onboarding and regulatory processes, with knowledge
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining accurate client
