Okta ICAM Engineer

📋 Description

• Design, implement, and maintain ICAM solutions using Okta Identity Cloud, including Workforce
• Integrate Okta with client credential environments, including certificate-based authentication, PKI
• Configure and support identity federation using SAML, OIDC, and OAuth across government
• Develop and manage identity lifecycle processes aligned with federal access-control policies
• Implement Zero Trust identity capabilities, including strong authentication, device trust
• Build identity automation and workflows using Okta Workflows, APIs, PowerShell, Python, Bash, and

🎯 Requirements

• U.S. citizenship is required.
• 5–8+ years of experience in ICAM/IAM engineering, preferably within federal or government
• 3–5+ years of hands-on experience administering, integrating, and managing Okta Identity Cloud.
• Practical experience supporting PIV/CAC authentication, PKI trust chains, certificate mapping, and
• Strong understanding of SAML, OIDC, OAuth, SCIM provisioning, and enterprise directory services
• Experience with identity policies, RBAC/ABAC, account lifecycle management, and enterprise identity
