Oligo Manufacturing Lead - Swing shift

📋 Description

• Perform or support respective functions and tasks for GMP oligonucleotides according to established
• Operate and manufacture product on all instruments in immediate work area
• Make decisions guided by policies and procedures that impact the group's ability to meet
• Use tracking and reporting systems to drive performance and assure timely completion of product and
• Recognize issues from equipment and associated documentation and take appropriate corrective action
• Lead training activities, oversee training and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or 2+ years of equivalent industry experience and training
• Demonstration of ability to meet the requirements of a GMP Technician
• Instrumentation experience or knowledge: HPLC, MS, Purifiers, Spectramax, SpeedVacs, Liquid
• Mathematical skills: ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide all units of measure
• Computer skills: Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
• Knowledge of Unicorn and Empower is a plus
