Oligo Manufacturing Supervisor

📋 Description

• Supervise and execute MBC manufacturing operations in ISO 9001/13485 GMP environment
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and regulatory standards
• Drive on-time delivery; uphold safety, quality, and continuous improvement
• Lead and develop technicians; manage batch records and production documentation
• Monitor EHS protocols; lead incident investigations
• Lead process improvements to enhance throughput, quality, and compliance

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or minimum 4 years equivalent experience; leadership experience
• Minimum 3 years in synthetic oligonucleotide manufacturing; ISO 9001/13485 experience preferred
• Advanced operation and troubleshooting of oligo manufacturing instruments
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; advanced lab software (Filemaker Pro, Unicorn, Empower
• Experience with quality systems (GDP docs, Deviation/Nonconformance, CAPA) and documentation control
