  • Receive, register, and track customer complaints and feedback (Ombudsman)
  • Conduct preliminary analyses, request needed information from departments
  • Monitor regulatory deadlines and ensure timely responses
  • Prepare clear responses in line with internal policies and regulatory requirements
  • Support management reports and Ombudsman performance indicators
  • Maintain updated records and controls of customer cases

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Experience in Customer Service, Ombudsman, Compliance, or related areas
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, attention to detail, and analytical abilities
  • Knowledge of Central Bank regulations (BCB Resolution No. 28)
  • Experience with complaint management systems and performance indicators
