Omnichannel Recommendations - GTM Specialist

📋 Description

• Own onboarding and activation for offsite recommendations with cross-team partners.
• Guide clients through ESP integrations, feed setup, and recommendation placement in templates.
• Advise on high-impact email use cases: promos, browse/cart abandon, lifecycle.
• Serve as SME on email personalization and recommendations.
• Analyze performance and recommend improvements to CTR, conversions, AOV, and LTV.
• Drive revenue growth across a portfolio through upsell and expansion.

🎯 Requirements

• 1-3 years hands-on email or lifecycle marketing (e-commerce/retail).
• 3-5+ years client-facing experience in sales, account management, or success.
• Strong understanding of ESPs, email ecosystems, segmentation, and personalization.
• Experience with AI-driven personalization or recommendation systems.
• Proven ability to translate data into insights and business impact.
• Excellent communication; comfortable working with operators and executives.
