On-Call Front of House Staff – Blue Man Group Orlando

📋 Description

• Greet guests and maintain a friendly, high-energy atmosphere
• Scan tickets, direct guests to seats, and upsell tickets
• Promote the show at the kiosk and assist with ticket sales
• Support ADA requests and Will Call bookings as needed
• Enforce safety policies and assist during evacuations when required
• Keep guest areas clean and presentable throughout shifts

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in guest service or similar
• Knowledge of Outbox Ticketing System
• Ability to learn ticketing software and POS quickly
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks
• Right to work in the United States (I-9)
