On-Call Home Health Registered Nurse

📋 Description

• Follow a designated care plan to meet patient needs.
• Make home visits to clients in Montgomery and Frederick Counties.
• On-call shift: every other weekend or one week per month.
• Hours: M-F 5pm to 8:30am; Sat/Sun on-call all day.
• Home Health RN experience strongly preferred.

🎯 Requirements

• Current MD RN license.
• Minimum 1 year clinical (medical/surgical) experience.
• Home care experience preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from accredited nursing program.
• Ability to work independently and manage time.
• Solid computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
