Visit clients in their homes; administer meds, wound care, and comfort care.
Monitor client conditions; report changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager.
Follow up on, execute, and document doctors' orders.
Perform client assessments as needed.
Occasional on-call after hours and weekends.
Rotating on-call: 5pm–8:30am weekdays; weekends.

🎯 Requirements

Active and current RN license.
One year clinical experience preferred.
Hospice experience welcomed, but training provided.
Ability to travel locally to assigned cases.
