On Call Runner, RN

📋 Description

• Per Diem On-Call RN for evening home health coverage in Kent County, DE
• Provide in-home skilled nursing visits and Start of Care admissions as needed
• Deliver patient-centered care with support from an clinical team
• Respond to after-hours patient needs within coverage area

🎯 Requirements

• Current RN license in Delaware
• Minimum 1 year recent Home Health nursing experience
• Experience with OASIS documentation and Start of Care visits preferred
• Strong assessment, decision-making, and communication skills
• Comfort with EMR; HCHB experience a plus
• Reliable transportation; willing to travel throughout Kent County, DE
