• Ensure safety and wellbeing of all children in the care room

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 1+ year of experience as a Lead Teacher in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting
• Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate learning
• Experience with diapering and knowledge of diapering best practices for toddlers
• Familiarity with toilet training approaches and ability to support children at various stages of
• Strong communication skills with children and parents
