Develop and optimize on-chain risk strategies and controls for deposits and transfers.
Identify and mitigate AML, fraud, sanctions exposure, scams, and suspicious flows.
Use Elliptic to conduct blockchain investigations, wallet screening, and monitoring.
Collaborate with AML, Compliance, Product, Engineering, and Risk Operations to implement controls.
Monitor emerging blockchain risks and continuously improve detection capabilities.
Analyze risk data to support business and compliance objectives.

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of experience in Risk, AML, Fraud, Financial Crime, or Blockchain Analytics.
Strong understanding of blockchain ecosystems, including Bitcoin, Ethereum, and Tron.
Hands-on experience with Elliptic and on-chain transaction analysis.
Familiarity with AML/KYC, sanctions compliance, and transaction monitoring frameworks.
Proficiency in SQL; Python is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
