On-Site Certified Medical Assistant

📋 Description

• Work directly in clinics across Lorton, Alexandria, and Springfield, VA
• Support Chronic Care Management (CCM) and Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM)
• Engage with patients to review care plans and goals
• Serve as liaison between patients, clinical staff, and Medsien care team
• Assist clinic staff with enrollments, follow-ups, and monitoring
• Prepare health data for visits and assist care delivery improvements

🎯 Requirements

• CMA or RMA certification required
• 1+ year clinical experience, preferably in care management
• Strong communication and teamwork with staff and patients
• Proficiency in medical terminology and clinical processes
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to multitask
• Willingness to travel within Lorton/Alexandria/Springfield, VA; Spanish preferred
