On-Site Certified Medical Assistant - Greenville, TN

📋 Description

• Engage with eligible patients in person at partner clinics and introduce Medsien’s Chronic Care
• Educate patients on the benefits of CCM and RPM services and answer questions about the programs.
• Guide eligible patients through the enrollment process and ensure all required information and
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and their families throughout enrollment.
• Coordinate with clinic staff and Medsien’s care management team to support a smooth patient
• Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and enrollment status.

🎯 Requirements

• National certification in Medical Assisting from AAMA, NHA, NCCT, NAHP or similar required.
• 1+ years of experience working in a clinical setting, preferably in a care management or chronic
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with clinical staff and
• Proficiency in medical terminology and clinical processes.
• Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of handling multiple tasks in a fast-paced
• Willingness to travel to different clinic locations in the Greenville, TN area as needed.
