📋 Description

  • Own post-sale accounts from deal close through activation
  • Ensure accounts are staffed per client requirements and timelines
  • Follow up with customers for approvals, feedback, and activation decisions
  • Drive urgency to prevent activation delays
  • Lead client onboarding: introductions, process walkthroughs, and expectations
  • Serve as primary contact until endorsement to Account Management

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, or related field (preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in Account Exec, Sales, Customer Success, or Staffing
  • Strong experience coordinating hiring processes, interviews, and client onboarding
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and stakeholders simultaneously
  • Experience in subscription-based or service-driven businesses is a strong advantage
