📋 Description

• Support clients throughout their transition from traditional accounting systems to modern
• Research, evaluate, test, and implement accounting technology solutions based on each client’s
• Integrate receipt management applications, e-commerce platforms, inventory management systems, and
• Design accounting systems and workflows that improve efficiency, accuracy, automation, and
• Train internal and external stakeholders on accounting system configurations, processes, workflows
• Spend significant time delivering client and team training in a clear, engaging, patient, and

🎯 Requirements

• At least 5 years of bookkeeping experience in fast-paced environment
• Strong understanding of accrual accounting and bookkeeping principles including payroll
• Strong understanding of accounting systems and financial workflows
• Practical experience with Xero and QuickBooks Online (QBO)
• Experience with accounting tech like Hubdoc and Dext is an asset
• Demonstrated ability to learn new software, platforms, integrations
