Onboarding Calculations Technical Manager

📋 Description

• Lead and provide technical oversight to the Onboarding Calculations Team in PRT Client Services.
• Produce and check Defined Benefits quotations and support complex DB benefit structures.
• Drive projects to enhance processes and coach junior colleagues.
• Act as SME for the team and support other internal teams to optimise delivery.
• Analyse MI to monitor customer outcomes and quality.
• Hybrid work arrangement with split between home and Glasgow offices.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified Actuary with significant DB pension administration experience.
• Deep understanding of defined benefit scheme structures and regulations.
• Experience with manual quotations and complex DB benefits.
• Strong problem solving with effective communication and leadership skills.
• Ability to manage tight timescales and prioritise work.
• Knowledge of relevant legislation and compliance requirements.
