📋 Description

• Lead Go-Live onboarding for Toast Payroll to drive adoption.
• Configure Payroll to match customer setup and boost efficiency.
• Set up client databases from prior provider or client data.
• Create and lead onboarding training tailored to business/workflow.
• Manage 60+ onboarding projects; coordinate with cross-functional teams.
• Ensure smooth transition to Toast Payroll; provide remote support and Mandarin translation.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English, verbal and written.
• 3+ years in a role responsible for customer satisfaction and business operations.
• Success operating independently and navigating competing priorities.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills.
