Onboarding Consultant I, Guest

📋 Description

• Partner with restaurant owners during Go-Live to deliver timely onboarding.
• Help staff use Toast to manage labor, food costs, and guest relations.
• Conduct remote site assessments to determine networking needs prior to install.
• Onboard remotely and document Toast installation, noting deviations.
• Create and lead onboarding training for restaurant staff.
• Manage multiple onboarding engagements (80+ restaurants) in your region.
• Provide post-live remote Go-Live support for the first days of usage.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in customer satisfaction and operations (e.g., Restaurant GM)
• Independent worker with ability to navigate changing priorities
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
• Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills
