  • Conduct consultation meetings guiding customers through Toast guest-facing modules.
  • Create best practices for managing daily restaurant ops using Toast modules.
  • Consult with clients to determine config needs before go-live and relay needs to the team.
  • Raise requests on behalf of customers for onboarding technical issues.
  • Act as product expert, answer questions and troubleshoot during onboarding.

  • 3+ years in customer satisfaction and business operations, or restaurant industry exp.
  • Success operating independently amid competing priorities in a fast-changing env.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills.
