Onboarding Consultant I, Menu Multilingual Onboarding (Spanish)

📋 Description

• Partner with owners during Go-Live to plan onboarding within timeline.
• Create best practices for managing labor, costs, and guest relations with Toast.
• Consult with clients to determine config needs pre go-live.
• Document go-live steps and deviations from best practices observed.
• Lead onboarding training for staff to leverage Toast in operations.
• Manage multiple onboarding engagements (80+ restaurants) in region.

🎯 Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English, written and verbal.
• 3+ years in customer success and managing long-term relationships.
• Translate ops/payroll concepts to varying knowledge levels.
• Translate written materials as needed to support customers.
• Independent worker with strong prioritization in changing environments.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills.
