📋 Description

• Serve as relationship manager from purchase through onboarding for Retail clients.
• Work autonomously under Onboarding Manager to hit monthly activation goals.
• Lead end-to-end onboarding for Retail and Guest/Menu customers.
• Create onboarding plans and training to improve operational efficiency.
• Perform remote onboarding and document Toast installations.
• Manage 45+ onboarding engagements in your region.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in customer satisfaction and business ops (e.g., retail manager)
• Ability to work independently with competing priorities in a changing environment
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals
• Excellent communication, organizational, and influencing skills
