📋 Description

• Own onboarding from sale through go-live for retail clients.
• Act as relationship manager and primary onboarding contact.
• Work autonomously under Onboarding Manager to hit activation goals.
• Deliver high-quality onboarding on time and within scope.
• Train retail staff on Toast and optimize workflows.
• Manage multiple onboarding engagements (40+ retail books) in your region.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years in customer success or retail operations.
• 1+ year in PM/implementation with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment.
• Skilled with Salesforce, Asana, and Google Workspace.
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding goals.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
