📋 Description

• Own onboarding process from contract signing to go-live.
• Coordinate onboarding projects across global markets.
• Primary contact for customers during implementation.
• Work with Technical Integration for API readiness and config.
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Legal, Finance and AM to hit milestones.
• Create and manage project plans, timelines and launch checklists.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in the B2B iGaming industry with operators/suppliers/aggregators.
• Experience managing onboarding, implementation, integration or customer success projects.
• Strong project management coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Good understanding of API integrations and product releases.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with customers and internal teams.
• Proactive, detail-focused with ability to work under pressure and take ownership.
