Onboarding Coordinator

📋 Description

• Own onboarding for new operator partners from contract to go-live.
• Coordinate multiple onboarding and integration projects globally.
• Serve as the primary contact for customers during implementation.
• Coordinate API integrations, product configuration and launch readiness with IT.
• Collaborate with Sales, Compliance, Legal, Finance and AM to hit milestones.
• Create/manage project plans, timelines and launch checklists.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in B2B iGaming, with operators, suppliers or aggregators.
• Experience managing customer onboarding, implementation or integration projects.
• Strong project management skills coordinating multiple projects and stakeholders.
• Good understanding of API integrations, technical implementation and product releases.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building with customers and internal teams.
• Strong organisational skills to prioritise in a fast-paced environment.
