• Lead and support customer proof-of-concept and evaluation activities, ensuring successful technical
• Serve as a trusted technical advisor during technology evaluations, providing guidance on
• Troubleshoot complex deployment and operational issues in partnership with field sales, technical
• Support customers migrating from legacy data platforms and guide them toward production adoption.
• Develop deep product expertise and translate capabilities into practical solutions for customer
• Consult with professional services on post-sales deployment and onboarding activities.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in a customer-facing technical role, with the ability to communicate effectively with
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical
• Hands-on expertise in ANSI SQL, Unix/Linux CLI, data warehouses, distributed systems, big data
• Experience with Kubernetes platforms such as EKS, AKS, GKE, or OpenShift.
• Understanding of public and private cloud environments and modern data infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Hadoop, distributed storage, and large-scale data processing technologies.
