Coordinate technical setup of the Veremark platform and ensure correct configuration.
Deliver end-user training and create client-facing resources.
Collaborate across Technical, Finance, Customer Success, and Account Management teams.
Manage onboarding activities and documentation with Monday.com for auditability.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years in onboarding/implementation or related field.
Strong technical aptitude, platform configuration, and troubleshooting skills.
Experience with Monday.com, Asana, Jira or similar PM tools.
Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration abilities.
Knowledge of background screening industry is a plus.
