Onboarding Manager

📋 Description

• Lead onboarding engagements from kickoff through the structured ~9-month journey.
• Build and manage onboarding plans aligned with customer goals, milestones, timelines.
• Partner with customers to design and build integrations; provide guidance on best practices.
• Translate technical concepts (APIs, data flows, automation) into clear business outcomes.
• Guide solutions involving API lifecycles, data ingestion, AI-enabled automation, and EDI.
• Drive time-to-value by ensuring meaningful outcomes early and consistently.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience onboarding, customer success, solutions consulting in SaaS.
• Guided customers through complex onboarding engagements.
• Familiar with APIs, integration patterns, data ingestion, and automation platforms or iPaaS.
• Exposure to AI-driven use cases or intelligent automation is a plus.
• Experience with EDI or B2B integrations is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, CS, or equivalent.
