  • Act as primary client contact during onboarding and setup.

  • Experience in payments, acquiring, banking, fintech, or crypto preferred.
  • Degree in Economics, Business Admin, Finance, or related field (or equivalent).
  • At least 1 year in onboarding, account mgmt, customer support, or similar.
  • Strong communication and cross-team collaboration skills.
  • Excellent organization and time-management; able to work independently.
  • Flexible, adaptable mindset in a fast-changing environment.
