Onboarding Manager- India

📋 Description

• Onboard merchants: handle KYC, draft agreements, and set up merchant accounts.
• Act as the main contact for merchants during onboarding.
• Understand merchant business models and provide high-level services.
• Establish productive relationships with merchants to improve experiences.
• Manage full-cycle merchant registration with contractors.
• Collaborate with Risk/AML and Technical teams for compliance and setup.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 1 year in account management or customer support, preferably in payments.
• Strong interpersonal and organisational skills; able to build relationships at all levels.
• Ability to work independently with strong time management.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to see the big picture and suggest improvements.
• Degree in Economics/Business or related field; English (B2-C1) and Indian language (C1+).
