Onboarding Officer | Fund Services

📋 Description

• Coordinate end-to-end onboarding of new clients across internal teams and stakeholders
• Prepare and complete client KYC onboarding files per regulatory requirements
• Manage onboarding timelines, resolve actions, and hit milestones
• Prepare and manage onboarding documentation including Service Agreements
• Act as primary contact for onboarding-related queries to deliver excellent client experience
• Coordinate opening of client bank accounts and entity incorporations with banks/notaries/external

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Business, Law, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience
• Professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CGI/ICSA) and/or AML/KYC certification advantageous
• Experience in Fund Services, Fund Administration, Client Onboarding, AML/KYC or similar environment
• Strong onboarding, regulatory, and documentation knowledge
• Attention to detail, stakeholder management, and cross-functional collaboration
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and a proactive problem-solving mindset
