📋 Description

• Own the onboarding lifecycle from docs to account activation.
• Manage onboarding, verification, compliance reviews, and communication with customers.
• Collaborate with sales and internal teams to move customers through onboarding efficiently while
• Identify bottlenecks and drive automation and tooling improvements.
• Remote-first role with ownership and continuous improvement.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in KYC/KYB, onboarding, compliance operations, or first-line compliance.
• Experience verifying business entities, ownership structures, and UBOs.
• Knowledge of due diligence across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to assess risk indicators and apply sound judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain requirements clearly.
• Experience handling high-volume cases remotely and autonomously.
