📋 Description

• Own the onboarding lifecycle from initial customer documentation through account activation.
• Serve as operational partner ensuring compliant reviews, clear customer communication, and workflow
• Manage end-to-end onboarding, from document collection to account approval and activation.
• Conduct KYC/KYB reviews including business verification and beneficial ownership checks.
• Apply onboarding requirements across jurisdictions with varying regulatory standards.
• Act as first line of defense with risk-based judgment and escalate complex cases with

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in KYC/KYB, onboarding, compliance operations, or first-line compliance.
• Hands-on experience verifying business entities, corporate structures, and UBO.
• Working knowledge of customer due diligence across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to distinguish genuine risk indicators from documentation issues and apply judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to explain complex requirements clearly.
• Experience managing high-volume cases with accuracy and prioritization.
