📋 Description

• Own the onboarding lifecycle from documentation to account activation.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding, including document collection and activation.
• Conduct KYC/KYB reviews and risk-based guidance.
• Apply onboarding requirements across jurisdictions with regulatory awareness.
• Escalate complex cases with clear recommendations.
• Collaborate with external partners and respond to information requests.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in KYC/KYB, onboarding, compliance operations, or first-line compliance.
• Hands-on experience verifying entities and UBOs.
• Working knowledge of due diligence across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to distinguish risk indicators and apply judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication to explain requirements clearly.
• Experience managing high-volume cases with accuracy and prioritization.
