Manage end-to-end onboarding processes and approvals.
Conduct KYC/KYB reviews and ownership checks.
Apply onboarding requirements across jurisdictions with regulatory awareness.
Escalate complex cases with clear recommendations.
Collaborate with external partners and internal teams to ensure timely responses.

🎯 Requirements

2+ years in KYC/KYB, onboarding, or compliance ops.
Experience verifying entities, structures, and UBOs.
Knowledge of due diligence across multiple jurisdictions.
Ability to judge risk indicators and apply sound judgment.
Strong written and verbal communication for customers.
Remote-work capable, with autonomous work style.
