Onboarding Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Own the onboarding lifecycle from initial customer documentation through account activation.
• Manage end-to-end onboarding process, from document collection to account approval and activation.
• Conduct KYC/KYB reviews, including business verification, corporate structure analysis, UBO checks
• Apply onboarding requirements across jurisdictions with varying regulatory standards.
• Act as first line of defense with risk-based judgment and escalation recommendations.
• Collaborate with external partners on onboarding questions and information requests with timely

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in KYC/KYB, onboarding, compliance operations, or a first-line compliance
• Hands-on experience verifying business entities, corporate structures, and UBO.
• Working knowledge of customer due diligence across multiple jurisdictions.
• Ability to distinguish genuine risk indicators from simple documentation issues and apply judgment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex requirements clearly.
• Experience managing high-volume cases with accuracy and prioritization.
