Onboarding Program Manager

📋 Description

• Own weekly program delivery: Run each onboarding cohort from pre-arrival readiness through program
• Facilitate live sessions: Serve as primary facilitator and host for every cohort, setting tone and
• Support presenters and facilitators: Brief and prepare speakers, panelists, and backup
• Oversee cross-functional execution: Partner with NHO coordinator to coordinate across Recruiting
• Set the weekly operating rhythm: Prioritize and sequence program logistics and coordination work
• Support improvements to the program's operating system: Improve run-of-show documents, checklists

🎯 Requirements

• Interest in Anthropic's mission and in helping new hires connect their work to it
• Extensive experience owning end-to-end delivery of a recurring program, event series, or training
• Advanced experience facilitating or presenting to large groups, in person and virtually
• Strong project management skills, including building and running timelines, trackers, and
• Working proficiency with Slack and Google Workspace
• Exceptional written and verbal communication
