🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in People/HR.
Built or revised onboarding programs with strategic design and rollout.
Designed programs connecting to EVP and culture.
Experience managing enterprise programs across multiple regions.
Detail-oriented, data-driven with strong presentation/communication skills.
Nice to Have: Fluency in Google Apps, Ashby, Workday, Slack, Jira.
