📋 Description

• Manage the end-to-end onboarding process for employees globally
• Draft and amend employment contracts using in-house templates
• Act as primary liaison for international clients on onboarding
• Ensure all legal and regulatory documents are filed accurately
• Provide clear timelines and communicate onboarding requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline onboarding

🎯 Requirements

• Global onboarding experience preferred
• Fluent English; native Polish is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or related field
• Experience in onboarding, HR administration; EOR/PEO knowledge
• Understanding of employment laws and compliance standards
• Proficient with HR software and CRM tools (HubSpot, Confluence)
